This 1992 Land Rover Range Rover in the classic Roman Bronze Metallic over a soft, supple, and ORIGINAL MATERIAL Tan Leather interior is as good as it gets! If you are looking at one of these cars then you already know how wonderful the Range Rover Classic’s are to drive, but this one is exponentially better than any other vehicle for sale. This drives like it did new whereas other vehicles for sale drive like an old truck. You can get in this and drive 95mph without a shake, rattle, and work the steering wheel with one finger. This is not an exaggeration, message me for an odometer photo, it handles like a lower mileage more recent Range Rover due to the entirely new suspension bushings, shocks, and beyond that were replaced during the restoration. Most of these vehicles have been abused and not cared for but this one was restored with wonton disregard for finances and economics on resale. If you scroll to the last photos, you can see that it was completely disassembled, blasted, and acid bathed, before being repainted top, bottom, inside, and was always stored inside in a climate controlled garage, never driven in bad weather, serviced with a blank checkbook philosophy to the most stringent standards, and driven carefully. Furthermore, it has had recent tires and a fresh oil change to ensure that it is ready for the next owner. Every other “restored” example for sale is asking at least as much but has had a low level cosmetic restoration. Vehicles from places like Stray Dog Classics and other “top” sellers advertise vehicles from $75,000-$85,000 that have just had a repaint, new (and incorrect) interior, some light service work, new tires, and a fancy looking radio with a screen you can’t even see while driving. Compare this example to any other and you will see the immense amount of work that went into this one and no others can replicate, as the cost would exceed double the asking price here. As if that wasn’t enough, this one is configured in the most desirable engine and transmission setup, a turbo diesel and 5 speed manual. Unlike the gasoline V8’s, that have substantial fundamental issues, this is regarded as one of the most reliable engines ever built by any manufacturer. Further, with a 5 speed manual, it is quite zippy and delivers it’s 254NM of Torque effectively for an effortless driving experience. It also has had the air suspension exchanged for a shock and spring setup, removing any worry of expensive servicing and reliability issues. Another small note that is important safety wise, is that many of the other vehicles offered have had their ABS deleted as it is expensive to rebuild the system. As apart of the restoration, this was addressed and has a functional ABS system to keep you safe in any weather. While no classic vehicle is perfect, we do not believe there to be a nicer one in existence. It comes with 4 keys, tools, spare tire, original steering wheel (can be reinstalled at buyers request), and anything else a prospective buyer could possibly want. If you are looking for the best Range Rover Classic on the market, then you have found it, full stop. This car would be suitable to be drive from New York to LA today, shown at any English show, or put in a collection next to a Ferrari 250gt SWB.
